About Us
Great restaurants are the result of creativity, hard work, passion and the spirit of excellence. FG Food Industries was born out of the same qualities, delivering great food service support to Singapore’s vibrant F&B industry and our group’s multi-award winning restaurants.
Our ISO 22000 and Halal certified factory produces bulk-packed frozen and chilled food. We also produce ready-to-eat meals that are customised to your requirements for food service as well as retail.
What We Do
FG Food Industries operates a multi-capable facility with bulk-cooking, baking, blast chilling and freezing, vacuum-packing and ready-meal production capabilities.

Bulk Packed Food
FG Food Industries supplies cooked and raw bulk-packed food for food service use covering a wide range of cuisines. Our ready-to-use products offer convenience as well as savings in manpower and time. Stock management is easy and wastage is minimised. We are able to produce to your requirements, so do feel free to contact us with your specifications.
Ready-Meals
We produce frozen or chilled ready-to-eat meals for airlines, hotels, caterers and other food service end-users. These ready meals are convenient and quick to serve. FG Food Industries also offers our in-house ready meal brands, Prata Wala and Delizio for supermarket and convenience store distribution. We are able to custom-produce to your brand’s requirements. All products are Halal & ISO certified.

FG Food Industries Pte Ltd is a member of the FG Culinary Group which is engaged in restaurants and franchising, food processing, distribution and catering. It is the food processing and distribution core of the group, supplying food-service customers and the group’s restaurants.
First Gourmet Pte Ltd operates and franchises restaurant concepts under the brands of Prata Wala, Ottoman Kebab & Grill, and the multi-award winning Zaffron Kitchen. The company opened a new concept, Pavilion Banana Leaf (formerly known as Zaffron Banana Leaf), in collaboration with South Indian Celebrity Chef, Dr. Chef Damu. They also opened Wimi, a dessert kiosk selling Coconut Thai Ice Cream.
Delizio Catering Pte Ltd is the banqueting and catering arm of the group. It caters to events of all sizes and occasions, and offers unique catering experiences with live-cooking stations. It engaged HPB-approved nutritionists to create Healthier Choice menus and are on board the Healthier Dining Programme with Health Promotion Board (HPB).
